I’m starting this blog to help me track my recovery from my chronic and myofascial pain and provide myself some motivation.I’m a 32 year old who has chronic pain in one of my knees, along with other parts I’m recovering, and walking or standing for over 5 minutes at a time is a challenge. I’ve learned sooo much over the past year, going through an awesome intensive Pain Rehab Clinic and trying anything and everything, after two years using crutches. Now I’m trying to apply everything I’ve learned, and I’m hoping this blog will help me. I’m hoping for a hiking, standing at parties, parking as far away as I need, grocery shopping, swimming, etc type of future. I’m trying every day to get there.
